Ark Valley Dental Insurance Alternative: 

You can have access to amazing local dental care from a dentist who strives to provide you the best treatment possible. 

 Things to consider about our plan: 

• If you have been diagnosed with periodontal disease, 3-4 visits a year are recommended. Additional visits beyond the two cleanings a year are not covered under our membership plan. 

• We complete fillings, crowns, periodontal treatment, and many other treatments here, but often refer other procedures such as complicated extractions and root canal treatment to specialists, who are not part of our in-house membership plan. 
• If your child is unable to complete treatment with local anesthesia a referral to a pediatric dentist will be provided, the pediatric dentist is not part of our in-house membership plan. 

The Ark Valley Dental Membership plan is a discount plan, not a dental insurance plan. It cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan. There is no ID card to bring. All your membership information will be kept in your electronic record. Your effective date is the day you sign up and your renewal date is the same date every year. No refunds are given if patient chooses not to use their dental plan. Our plan is subject to change yearly.
